Took our Explorer in for a semi-annual "ZakTec" paint treatment. Service was quick and efficient, as usual at Surprise Ford.
Excellent service. Ray went above and beyond to see to my comfort. He reported back to me, a couple of times, about the progress of the service. In the overall inspection , a nail was discovered in one of my tires causing the low tire pressure light to come on. Ive taken the car,a few times somewhere else,to have the tires topped off and no one else saw the nail. Thats customer service.
