The service was OK but took longer than I would have liked. The delay was explained as having to wait of shipment of Trans Pan Gasket and shortage of experienced techs. Car was tied up for about a week for what I would consider to be normal service. Service manager Steve did the best he could considering the shortage of Help problem.

Service was satisfactory. Service advisor arranged for Uber since it was a several hour appointment.

The service went well my appointment was on time . My only problem was why does it take two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation.could go to Jiffylube and be out in 30 minutes. I am sure there might be other things you do but it is not stated on the service report. Thank you for the first oil change on my truck but I am not sure if I want to wait another 2 hours for another one
