I had an appointment on a Monday morning to service my truck. Ford was quite busy when I arrived, but I did get taken in and I asked for a time estimate for the work to be done. Well the time frame didn't work out so I was a bit miffed as I did have an appointment. When the service advisor came to get me, he told me there would be no charge today as I had waited too long. I was pleased and this means I shall return to Ford for servicing. Thank you Ford for acknowledging your error.

I hope they didn't rotate the tires as I had it done 10 days ago at Discount Tire. Also, they replaced my windshield wipers which I didn't ask for. I thought they were good & replaced by Discount Tire 6 mos. ago.

Scheduled appointment to repair a speed sensor. Also had regular service performed while it was in shop. They kept me informed by text on status. Would recommend.
