Communication was the issue with my recent experience at Surprise Ford. I took the car in on Monday morning. Finally after leaving two messages with my service advisor (neither was returned) and two messages with the service manager (also not returned) I had to go there on Thursday afternoon to find out the status of my service work. I was able to pick up my car on Friday. All work was completed. Extremely frustrating. Again, they need to work on their communication.
