I will say a VERY NICE ATMOSPHERE! Its just the variety of sushi on menu didnt make it for me. I had to have them add this and take out that... normally other sushi places have several rolls i like with the type of ingrediant combos i like . But other than that. Great service and ambience.

In the Bay Area all you can eat sushi goes for about $25 but it is mostly cheap small rolls with a ton of rice. You won't get that here that's forsure! The rolls were very interesting and tasted great. THe nigiri was also super fresh! Way fresher than and ayce sushi place I've been to at home. They also have all you can eat dessert which was so shocking to me. They don't offer this at any other place I've been to. So overall great fish and great service for such a small place. Thank you chef Michael for the great sushi!

Ok, so I've been coming here for a few years now and I will say it is my favorite place. The waitstaff have become my friends and we now follow the sushi chef, Khoun, where ever he goes. The sushi he is so tender and the flavor a so good. Truly, Sushi Sake had my vote for best sushi in Reno. All the staff make it a point to get to know you. We are regulars and I have always walked into here with welcome arms. They remember my family and inquire about how we are all doing. They know my son can't have gluten or dairy and make ... read more

The price can't be beat all you can eat sushi for $27.00. Sit at the bar get the sushi chef to roll you some favorites ! After the 4th roll you can't wait to have a breather. Don't load up on appetizers. They are just filling space! Service staff are friendly and will get you seated right away. They are attentive to your needs. Talk to the sushi makers tell them what you want and they will add to it. Generous ginger and wasabi for you. Pair it with a bottle of sake or wine and you got your self a party...

Really shockingly good. I mean, it's all you can eat sushi like 1,000 miles from the ocean, so don't get your hopes too high, BUT... 1) Actual Japanese sushi chefs 2) Fantastic service. Fast, friendly, accommodating. 3) Totally solid/edible/tasty sushi. 4) A very, very reasonable price tag. Really, hit every note. Even a silver service with coffee, very classy touch!

Horrible service. My husband and I thought we would try it out because we love Roxy's, just next door. When we walked up no one greeted us, everyone kept on working and ignoring that we were there. We saw a couple leave the sushi bar, so we thought we would just jump in. The host (twenty-something, blonde hair male) asked us snidely to move so he could clean the counter, which made it stickier. The host then left and we were left to stare at our menus for a length of time, he took our order and never offered us any drinks. W... read more

I usually choose which restaurant to eat but this time my boyfriend wanted sushi for dinner so he recommended we do all you can eat sushi at Sushi Sake in El Dorado. Saturday $ 27.99/person all you can eat. We had several rolls in which I can't remember the names but the one I really liked was Sage rolls. All was really fresh and quite decent. They have a variety of rolls to choose from so if you're still feeling hungry, ask for the menu again. Environment- Small but with a great view of the indoor fountain. Service- It was ... read more

The sushi was delicious and fresh. My friend and I shared four rolls and the portions were so generous we could not finish, however the service was so bad. We sat down and ordered drinks, they came in approx. ten minutes. Then we ordered the salads. We waited and waited and waited, about twenty minutes later the sushi came but no salads. The waiter said, oh I'll bring you the salads. We said, no thank you, the idea of an appetizer is to have something to eat prior to your meal. Then the waiter never returned throughout our e... read more

This is a small little place and the chefs are servicing Roxy's restaurant as well so depending on how busy both places are there might be a little bit of a weight but the fish was fresh and tasty. The salmon sashimi was excellent, and all the rolls were ordered were really good. Nothing super impressive but good and not everything in the menu was fried like some sushi restaurants.
