Review is based on not being able to dine here due to wrong hours, please update on your hotel website and other websites like Yelp. We came by on Sunday night at 8:00pm and the place was completely closed, lights off and no one around even though your hours were listed as 9pm. Would've liked to try this place. Maybe another time.

It's hard to get a hold of them for starters they have no direct phone line and the operator who sounds like he's in a call center overseas can't even head me because of a bad connection on their end and doesn't even know the restaurants in the business. When they finally route the call it just keeps ringing. How can I get information directly from the restaurant. Just wasted 10 minutes of my life.

RM, were very sorry for the confusion with our call center. Just for reference- Sushi Sake is open currently Wednesday-Sunday with service starting at 4:30PM. We take seating on a first come first serve basis. We are working on streamlining our call center process, but obviously we have a lot more work to do. Excellent fresh sushi. But service is slow and they really dont seem to care Gave 3 stars for food and sushi chef but service is a big 0

Fast service and food is outstanding. Fresh sushi rolls. Came back for a second time around for to go order and sushi was still as fresh and tasty! Waitresses are very approachable and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Thank God for Sushi!!! Everyone has their favorite spot. Well let me tell ya a little about mine..In Downtown Reno is where you can find this hidden uncut gem. Inside the Eldorado Casino in-between the ever so beautiful and delicious Roxy restaurant/bar and lounge. It's a busy Saturday night. A pleasant experience to start off our evening for dinner. Prompt friendly service, yummy sushi, and a very nice ambiance. Happy to see this place up and thriving (post covid). We haven't been back in 9 years so although not everything has made its way back to "normal" (pre-covid times) it was nice to see things picking up. Love having a sushi bar available at this establishment. Will definitely return here when we are back in the area.
