Came here Saturday 6/24 and was seated quickly at the sushi bar. After that no server came by to ask if we wanted drinks, appetizers, nor soup. We ordered 2 rolls and one order of sashimi directly from the Sushi Chef. I was informed that the deep-fried Godzilla roll was premade therefore I couldn't make a gosh substitution; this roll tasted stale and the fish was definitely over cooked; waste of a sushi roll and $; I do NOT recommend. First time for sushi! Went with a friend who dines here often. Not sure what to expect, but willing to try. Ok, that did it....I'm completely hooked! The chef was so friendly, the staff was busy but extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Fun atmosphere! Can't wait to return and branch out to a couple more menu options.

I always sit on the counter as the chef is very friendly and funny. We always have a fun time with the chef and people sitting next to us on the counter. It is very friendly atmosphere here. And I love the sushi. Thick cut, small rice and fresh sashimi. Sake selection is descent. We like Kyoto sake and even took one bottle back to our room (they'll bag it up for you to take back to your room). Friendly service. I'll highly recommend to sit at the counter if you can.

Review is based on not being able to dine here due to wrong hours, please update on your hotel website and other websites like Yelp. We came by on Sunday night at 8:00pm and the place was completely closed, lights off and no one around even though your hours were listed as 9pm. Would've liked to try this place. Maybe another time.

It's hard to get a hold of them for starters they have no direct phone line and the operator who sounds like he's in a call center overseas can't even head me because of a bad connection on their end and doesn't even know the restaurants in the business. When they finally route the call it just keeps ringing. How can I get information directly from the restaurant. Just wasted 10 minutes of my life.

Excellent fresh sushi. But service is slow and they really dont seem to care Gave 3 stars for food and sushi chef but service is a big 0

Fast service and food is outstanding. Fresh sushi rolls. Came back for a second time around for to go order and sushi was still as fresh and tasty! Waitresses are very approachable and helpful. Can't wait to come back!
