"I went in around 2 to get recalls done on my car. I was..." I went in around 2 to get recalls done on my car. I was told it might be overnight and I said that would be fine but to call me with an update before end of day. I left a message around 5:30 after not hearing anything. I never heard anything till 9:30 the next morning saying my car was ready. I would have appreciated updates on my car. Sherry said they wouldn't have a timeline till they looked at my car and she would call to update me but never did.
"Chassis Control on. Was asked if vehicle was involved in..." Chassis Control on. Was asked if vehicle was involved in an accident. Yes, August 2019 and vehicle was not driven much since I am retired & the pandemic. I was told no problem found and just a feature.
"Dropped in due to a nail in one tire. My car was taken..." Dropped in due to a nail in one tire. My car was taken immediately, tire was plugged and refilled. I had also asked that one tire that had been previously filled with air be refilled with nitro. Instead, additional nitro was added to the other 2 tires and, apparently, nothing done to the air-filled tire.
"Oil Change" My radio was turned on after I had turned it off prior to getting service. Additionally, the covering of the seats and the service number placed on my dash were not taken out. This seems to be a re-occurence each time I come.
"I took my car in for synthetic oil change; everything..." I took my car in for synthetic oil change; everything went well. They said it was going to take one and a half hours but it took only 35 minutes.
"Sales Mng on Sunday didn’t seem like he wanted to..." Sales Mng on Sunday didn’t seem like he wanted to negotiate a deal ? ? ? However Mr. Garry was excellent, a true salesman Truck didn’t have a spare tire but Mr Garry resolved it
"Was asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes, why not...." Was asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes, why not. Car wash never happen. Oil change only took 30 mins which was the fastest ever.

"No complaint regarding the oil change done, or the time..." No complaint regarding the oil change done, or the time it took. The thing I did not like was the list of 15 items they said needed to be done, 6 of the items where done within the last three months. Are they actually inspecting the components on my truck or just checking off boxes, knowing some things have been done that are on the list how do I know the other items on the list actually needs to be addressed?
