I am a past client of this provider They shouldn't leave their clients unattended. I have been in so much pain. My house is a mess. The aides could be vaccinated.

I can assure you that we do extensive training with our Caregiver team as is required by the State of Illinois. Training is conducted in the office and at home if needed. I am a past client of this provider Caregivers need to know what their duties are, and should not need to be told what tasks to complete and each step to make. They should know what chores to complete on their own without direction. They should improve the way they speak with the clientele. They talked down to me, and not like an adult.

I am a past client of this provider We had to come home early because the caregiver gave up. They could have provided us a better caregiver. The manager visited and said that they sent their best caregiver.
