Don't take your pets here. Ridiculous wait times (I took two dogs and it took four hours for them to get simple physicals and vaccines) and the staff seem as if they have no idea what they are doing. I was treated as a complete inconvenience the entire time (especially when my poor dog got sick and threw up in the exam room-I asked for paper towels and the receptionist seemed annoyed and took forever to bring them to me). We've been taking our pets here for 6+ years. The Vets are usually amazing, meaning we've had a few really great ones, but they come and go. A doc in the box kind of operation. The other professional staff are usually pretty good with our dogs. Recently, we've had some disappointing and bad experiences with the front desk staff, and have finally decided to give up the 1-2 hour waits and overall shitty front desk customer service. We paid on some prepaid work to be completed, their computer system crashes and they lose all records of money collected and deposited! The scarcity of a backup plan in these cases is awful! In our world today there are daily backups to recover a system back quicker! I need care for my dog and need to go somewhere else - give us our refund!
If you love your pets and want at least decent care dont go here. They weren't able to diagnose a simple mange prognosis and excused it as food allergy. They most likely did not do the test as scraping of the skin is involved and never notice any scrape marking on my pets skin after examination. Not much of a value. Long waits for an injured pup (+ an hour). Ridiculous cost for X-rays...double what you pay at some other vets. Lots of employees but not a lot of compassion or interaction with clients. 1minute with an actual vet? They used to be ok for shots but have decided I am done with them even for that. I have been taking my dogs here for a few years. BUT... No more. It seems to me that they used to be interested in my dogs... NOT ANYMORE. They are ONLY out for money!! I get that this is a business and they need to make a profit. As they should. But why chase off your existing clients with GREED. I called in for flea meds and wanted 2, 3 month tablets... DO NOT GO HERE! I have had nothing but problems with this place. The only good thing about them is they are cheap. But that shows in the quality of staff and their attitude. If you have 4 hours to kill and want to save $20 then go here. They are neglectful, time wasting, and rude. Don't waste your time or your money.
I wouldnt recommend unless you don't care about your pets health or life because they don't care unless you have lots of money, because they will drain your money. All they care about is bottom line is cash,not about your pet. This is not acceptable behavior because the customer isn't always right here , we took our 9 he old husky here only to not have a rectal exam done and to get xrays done and to have to wait over 2 weeks to find out results which we had to call and call to get results. I took my dog there for a toenail split. They wanted to do X-ray lab work and anesthesia over 400 I asked them to do lab work and check if she had an infection and we'd go from there. Everything looked good they gave me pain medication. That night she vomited for 2 days she gotten stiffer when she walked her eyes didn't look right and she hasn't eaten in 2-3 days.
