It's okay The A/C is terrible. I have never lived in an apartment complex that had to send out a community wide email telling all residents to not expect less than 20 degrees inside the apartment compared to the perceived outside temperature. We have a very old Rheem "High Efficiency" A/C unit that is not efficient anymore and on average costs us about $75 per month in electricity (that's HALF of our electricity bill, sometimes more!) when kept at 74 degrees all the time, not 68 or 70 or anything normal. Perfect I couldn't be more happy with this complex. Everything from the easy application/approval process, high end office management, maintenance, cleanliness of property and location. You can tell this place is a gem because every encounter I have had with tenants has been positive. I love the events they have each month and the property is designed to have a resort like feel. I highly recommend checking this out for your next home.

Truly Enjoying The Beauty and Tranquility of This Property I moved to Tall Timbers apartments five months ago I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the property. It is a clean, very quiet, well maintained, and nicely landscaped property. The property management team at Tall Timbers is made up of three lovely young ladies Bethany, Christina, and Iris. LOVE! I moved in recently, September.....so I need some time, but so far-I really enjoy the atmosphere....green green grass and beautiful scenery. The staff has been great and the neighbors friendly!

Beautiful Apartment Complex Let me start off by saying the staff here is great and willing to help in any way they can. The property is beautiful and full of trees. There is a new ownership of the property and they have been fixing cracked sidewalks and curbs and restriping the parking lot. They are also repainting the entire complex and it's looking great. I have seen other units and I think this is a pretty good apartment complex.
