Well I have... (Verified Renter) Well I have actually recommended this complex because the location is good in general. I just feel like apartment living is a different experience and no one should expect anything great from it.
Better than I expected!!! I reserved an apartment about 2 months ago but just moved in a couple weeks ago. AFTER reserving the apartment , I came across all sorts of negative reviews that I discussed with my coworkers; one of which referred me to Oak Park. We all work in the Hotel industry and really started to think about when we get bad reviews and customer complaint to our corporate office, it's usually someone who just didn't like our policies and doesn't like to follow the rules. Good Tour, Friendly Office Staff I toured this community in November. While I did choose another property that had more modern appliances and more amenities, this property was #2 on my list. The property appears to be well maintained. Additionally, the person who showed me a unit and around the property was professional and courteous.
We love it here! We have lived here going on 2 years. Bianca and Raven in the office are outstanding and wonderful. The pool is great, service request are filled quickly be it a light bulb you need changing or something more major. for the price and the the staff you can't beat it as a place to live.
Next step to Luxury. Wanted to wait a month to make a review this is what i could say so far. I'm coming from another apartment that had more amenities unfortunately for the cost for more was over bearing. Still wanted the home feel after searching several apartments the price was right, location, friendly staff, and caring about my pet. Couldn't be more happy the staff will go above and beyond.thank you so much.
A hidden treasure! I've been living at The Fairways for almost a year now. My first visit to The Fairways was in 2007 when my friend lived here; it's still the nice, quiet, and safe complex it was at the time. When I moved back to Columbia and needed a home The Fairways was my first thought. I drove through the complex, did my research, and met with Lisa in the leasing office. Has been my home for 33 years!! I have lived her for 33 years. I am very happy here and have good neighbors. I love this community and the resident parties they have. The maintenance personnel are very professional. I plan to always live here.
I love this community! I moved in about a month ago and I like it here. It seems very quiet and the office staff is so nice. I haven't gotten to enjoy the pool yet, but by the looks of it, I can't wait to get it in. The grounds are nicely kept and there is still green grass in the winter.
