So many new updates!! Avila has been a great place to live for the past 2 months or so. Here lately the community has been doing a great job on updates to the grounds and making it a great place to live. Everyone in the office is so nice when I have contacted them and any maintenance issues have been addressed immediately!! Thank you Avila for being an amazing place to live!!

Enjoying all the new amenities Its been great to see all the new changes at Avila. Managers are very responsive and we love all the new updates. Our dog loves the dog park!

Love the changes!! I've lived here for a few months and I've seen so many improvements in that short amount of time. It's refreshing to be somewhere where they not only care about maintaining their property but also continue to make it better. I love that everything is brand new in my apartment and my dogs & I both love that there is a real dog park here which makes things so much easier.

Love my new apartment!! I have lived in apartments for over 10 years and this is by far the best I've ever rented!! The pool is amazing, I love working out in the huge fitness center, and my apartment is beautiful! I even have a small yard that I can enjoy with my dog. Very friendly staff and the location is perfect for my commute, I hop right onto Westpark Tollway. If you are looking for a very nice, clean, top-of-the-line apartment you should visit this property.

Wonderful Apartments, Excellent Management Team Just moved in (on a Friday)and filled out the apartment survey for problems and issues I found and turned it in on Saturday, By Monday maintenance came out as promised, as did the exterminator (few ants). By Tuesday the carpet issue was worked on. By Wednesday the refrigerator issue was resolved. Throughout all of this there was good communication and follow-up on issues by all the management team to make sure things got done - which I have not seen anywhere else. From the mana... read more

Good I been here for almost a year, I just wanna say that the people in the office are nice and friendly, Everyone stays to themselves, and the complex is nice. It will be very hard for me to find a better place!
