I love my little home! i moved in about a month ago and so far So good. I am in an upgraded apartment and it is worth the extra money for what they upgraded. The office staff is nice, they even give my dogs treats when we come in. I can't wait to use the pool! It always looks so inviting. Somewhat affordable place inside the loop My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year, but will be moving out next month. It's been a great apartment! We loved the community! We lived in the 1 bedroom town house with the garage. I love everyone that works at the office, they really do keep you in the loop. We are moving out because they are increasing the rent tremendously and for what they are asking for honestly the apartments aren't worth. Love this place! I have lived at Greentree for 3 years while attending Law School. I love that I am so close to my school as well as shopping/dining. The maintenance staff is awesome and so friendly. The ladies in the office are always quick to help anytime I need anything. Moving from up north I was nervous about bugs, thankfully I rarely see any. Oasis I was here for a little over a year and a job took me out of town. If I return to Houston, I am heading right back to the Estates at Bellaire. I rented a one-bedroom townhome and I would get home from work and it was so pleasantly quiet I could sit and read without annoyance. If you rent a townhouse - be prepared for stairs! The location is 5 minutes to the Galleria area and Meyerland along with easy access to 610 and 59. It can be congested at times but that is what you get in this area. Renter I lived in Sierra for a couple of years, the staff was great, especially Katie, the Manager and Sara, the Assistant manager, they were very professional and friendly, which made the move in easy and our stay enjoyable. I had two larger dogs, so the grounds were perfect for them to run and go for walks, the apartment was great and the parking was actually petty good for an apartment complex, I always found a space close to the door, the few maintenance issues with the apartment were addressed very quickly, the applianc... read more

Great Location! Friendly Staff! I lived at Sierra Fall Creek for 4 years and had a great experience. The location is amazing and the apartments are great and have been recently remodeled. There have been lots of amenities added in the recent months. The staff is very friendly and I found them to be honest and genuinely caring towrd their residents. If you are looking for an apartment in the northeast part of Houston I would highly suggest you start here.
Homey and Relaxing Since the first day I moved in, and found the little "welcome home" card that Dawn left on my fireplace with a package of goodies, I felt so comfortable and like I was really in a place that cared. Absolutely the most unique apartment complex I've ever been in! I couldn't believe it when I read that Addison Keller Springs apartments had a huge Zen garden as the center for half of their apartments (the other half had the major pool...). It's like being on vacation just to sit on our 4th floor patio, soft-focus on the pools and mature trees, and listen to the rushing water...
