Place of peace My decision to rent this cozy 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment has been one of my smarter choices. I was quite impressed with the updated appliances, carpet throughout and general upkeep of the building. I am so in love with my apartment! It's just the right size for me and my belongings. The staff here has been simply amazing as inquiries and work orders are attended to properly with fast service.

Don't miss this review!! If you're looking for a great peaceful place to live; this is it. We all know what apartment life can be like...loud neighbors, dirty pool. But this place takes the worst parts of apartment life and erases them away. This place is beautiful, quiet, the staff from management to maintenance is superb and precise. Definitely a leap above the rest.
The Best! We love our apartment at Island Villa. The pool and gym facilities are great, and the management is very helpful.
shocking Arbors apartments are excellent and have a basketball court tether ball court a gym and a pool the only its really nice and their helpful
ann (Granny or Momma) This complex is 20 years old, but is being refurbished, during thee next year. We are 1 1/2 blocks from a main grocery store which is in a shopping center with fast food places. On a major bus line and in a few years will be next to a rail line for the city their are 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms. Child playground, swimming pool, with childrens area
It's ok The new staff is not that friendly. But the rent is cheap and the property is nice. The maintenance is pretty quick on responding to service calls.
Yes! We have officially lived here for a year! And I am extremely picky with apartments having lived in different cities. My neighbors are great! I wanted a place that wasn't too quiet to the point of boredom, and this is what I got! Great place if your a student and need to save money. Floor plan for price is very reasonable. I asked for a upgraded apartment and I loved it. Wendy in the office is extremely helpful with questions or concerns. She is always there and doesn't make things difficult and works with you.
