Beautiful place. Terrible Customer service. I wish I could say I liked it here, it was great at first but the hidden fees, and the lackluster customer service is dreadful. Dont rent here if you like clean water, it took seven weeks for me to get them to flush my water heater, which had been causing mold throughout the apartment.

Don't Rent Here I lived at Vista Allegra For a year. It was all good until I left. I left the my apartment in great shape. By law they have to send you your deposit back within 30 days. I left in November and still do not have my deposit. I have made numerous phone calls and nothing happens. Definitely would not rent here or tell anyone to rent here.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! THE PROPERTY IS NICE AND BEAUTIFUL AND CONVENIENT BUT THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE GET GO. THEY LIED TO US BEFORE WE MOVED IN ABOUT WHICH APARTMENT WE WERE GETTING AND ABOUT THE PRICING WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST RED FLAG. THEN WE JUST MOVE OUT AND COMES TO FIND OUT THEY LIED ABOUT THE DEPOSIT AS WELL WHICH IS GOING TO COST US AN EXTRA $400-500 OUT OF POCKET FOR THE SUREDEPOSIT. NOT TO MENTION HOW STRICT THE ACTUAL DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT IS WITH THE RULES. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Most Honest And Accurate Review I Can Give Before moving in the quoted price couldn't be honored (missed it by a day) and rent was raised $60. Side note: less than 700 sq ft for 2 people is not enough space. There are marks all over the edges of the walls where the cocking is. The paint job is shoddy. Water leaks from a tube from over the tub that will create disgusting mildew all over. There is no light on the fan in the bedroom so we have to use lamps or the bathroom light. The Real Review of Puerta Villa and the Bohanan Corporation The corporation in charge of Puerta Villa are cheap on their foundation standards, cheap when it comes to customer service, and cheap on the grounds of their apartment complexes. The pool was down last year for 3 months during the summer! Over 30 units got flooded from a rain storm and they were not well accommodated as they should have been. Terrible management staff!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Literally worst management staff EVER. Office Manager Hayley is rude as well as the other people that work there. maintenance doesn't come when you ask, I had spider eggs all around the outside of my apartment that I asked multiple times to be removed that never was. They charge you for the carpet cleaning even when your carpet is not stained or dirty. Then sent me pictures of the stains that were actually indents from where my furniture was. run around this guy Nelson gave us the run around. we did everything he asked and we still didn't get the appt... this guy gives you the run around. from experience he doesnt no what he is doing. who ever hired him needs to go back and train him on how to talk to ppl and have a list from the get go. when we got what he wanted then he wanted something else...

Don't Give This Place A Second Thought My bathroom door had been broken for over two weeks. I had to ask the management team about the work order that was submitted online. The maintenance guy came by to fix it but I was in the shower. He said he was coming back today. He didn't until a week later. My bathroom is nice but my neighbor smoked and not just cigarettes.
