I have been with this company nearly four years and the only timely thing they have done was to collect my fee. They , my advisor, does not acknowledge when I send documents. Then she emails me many times that she cant find tax returns I sent inbut suddenly finds them. I have still been paying IRS from my pocket with no ********** in site. This form has been a major disappointment. The fee I paid them could have paid my back taxes.

They are very good at collecting money, they are very poor at given the service. ***** was my manager.. The irs is now collecting double what i owe.
