Hands down, the worst tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. Any local diner would come up with a better version. Our drinks were good and the server was charming, but the food left a lot to be desired. We won't return.
Not a very friendly hostess at the front, and had a forgetful server who we had to ask a couple of times for various items. Not a terrible experience, just not a good one---much room for improvement.
The crab sammy was mostly filler and not very good. Certainly not worth the price. The fries tasted better than the sandwich.
Waited 30 minutes for a despite having a reservation. Our party of five was seated at a table for four. Too crowded for comfort. Very very slow service. Have always loved Teds but not this time.
It was my birthday and my food came to the table late and cold. It was only when we talked to the manager that the chef cooked the dish again and served it hot! It was over an hour before I got to enjoy my birthday meal. In the end, the manager comped our meal and dessert. Note: This was on a Thursday and our reservation was at 7:00pm. The restaurant was not busy and the kitchen was still slow!!
It was my husband's 50th birthday and His car got stolen as we sat there and ate our food. The server is the only person who had his card information,they changed 600.00 at Walmart on line,..... please be careful of the server...
Came here for a light dinner Monday night. We had lobster bisque and a tomato soup to start with. Soups were lukewarm. Salads were ok. Bought some pastries at their pastry counter to take home. Typical boring and not tasty pastries… Had 3 kinds of and all of them were tasteless. Service was outstanding though…
The food was so so. The waitress was pleasant but we waited for 20 minutes after asking for straws. I had to get up to go ask for butter for my pancakes. By the time I found a manager to ask and it was brought to us, the pancakes were cold. THREE DIFFERENT ITEMS… THREE …. I asked for, it was ordered only to come back minutes later with an apology about what they DID NOT HAVE and to make another selection. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I actually left without ordering because filet mignon was dropped from the menu and that was the reason for my visit.
