We ordered 5 entrees and an appetizer. The loaded tots were over cooked. Out of the 5 entrees, 4 had a problem. One was warm, one was the wrong burger, one was missing the Mac n cheese that was suppose to be substituted out and the filet was bland and dry, and one didn’t arrive (kids buttered noodles) until after I had to ask the waitress and manager for. The server was kind and food itself tasted great, but so many issues. I asked for a Pinot Noir, a Pinot Grigio came. My husbands drink never came. I asked for dressing on the side for my salad, and my salad came dressed. My daughters kid Mac and Cheese didn’t come with our food (clearly they forgot to put in the order)… then when her Mac and Cheese did come, it came without her side of broccoli. We were definitely excited to go back to Ted's Bulletin, but we were totally disappointed!! Seems they had a turnaround of their entire staff from bar tenders, servers, and cooks, even management. The salmon rangoons were overcooked. The ahi tuna burger had zero seasoning. The wedge salad had bacon bits instead of lardons, we had to ask for those although the menu says that's what comes on it. The truffle fries were cold and the drinks were terrible. All-in-all we are not coming back any time soon.

Ordered strawberries and blueberries on top of my pancakes received them cooked into the pancakes. Ordered a side of crispy hash browns received mushy hash browns. Ordered hot chocolate w/ dairy free milk received cold hot chocolate with whipped cream on top. Needless to say I do not plan to dine here in the future as the taste of the food was not good in addition to the mistakes made. Disappointed with Teds this time around. Drinks did not come until the appetizers, which was not ideal. The main courses came out only 5 minutes or so after the apps which was a bit annoying. We felt very rushed to eat, drink and leave, which made the experience unpleasant. It’s too bad too because I have been to Teds several times and this is the first time I’ve had a poor experience.

Such a pretty place! Such a shame the food was so disappointing and the service a bit hostile and defensive. My tomato juice literally bubbled— have to assume it was from bacterial contamination; have never encountered this before. Spit it out and sent full glass back. My husband and I both ordered eggs over medium. Both orders came out cooked hard. Requested replacements; server not happy but complied. Replacements perfectly cooked, but rest of meal now cold. I made reservations and they had a hard time getting me suitable seating. She told me to wait for five minutes so they could clear a table, it was not busy , no people in the lobby waiting. then when the lady came to seat us (3) I didn't like the circular booth where other people to hear your conversation . She told me to go back out front and wait another five minutes and I said no. We finally sat at a two seater booth with three people. Two adults and one child. That fiasco was irritating.
