The service was horrible! Took forever to take our Order, barely refilled our water. Took our plates save didn’t offer coffee or dessert for 45 minutes. And the food was very bland. So disappointed.
Went for dinner with a group of 6. I had not been in a while. The food has gone a bit downhill. I had the tuna bowl and the tuna was overcooked. Others had overcooked food as well, or it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. The fried food all tasted bad, either they needed to change the oil or they had put liquid smoke in the batter. Not tasty. I am wondering if breakfast is still good. The service was pretty bad. We waited for about 15 minutes just to get water and the place was not full. They were out of Kahlua so ... read more
overpriced for the quality, nothing special, slow service, worst Irish coffee
Just super mediocre, especially for price. Food was really bland and not tasty, several things were not available from the menu. They were super short staffed, which I don’t hold against them but the staff seemed pretty overwhelmed and tense and in total, it was not a good experience.
Had a reservation for 10:00 but weren’t seated until 10:20. Service was incredibly slow. Asked for coffee — didn’t get coffee. Asked for condiments — didn’t get condiments. The chicken and biscuits were very dry and had little flavor. Took about 25 minutes after completing meal to get a check, after one member of the group already had to leave. Usually have a great experience here, but today was disappointment.
Made a reservation for 6 people early in the day, showed up 5 minutes before our reservation time for dinner, and wasn’t seated for 45 minutes. They really don’t seem to understand the point of a reservations. The food also didn’t come out as described (for example, the spicy chicken had no spice). Finally, a member of the waiting staff spilled a drink all over one of us while bringing it out.
The food was really bad and the drinks were not very good either. My husband did not eat his dinner at all. The waitress was nice but that was the only positive. So disappointed as it is on several lists as best restaurants to eat with kids.
The burger was overcooked and sloppy. The churros were still raw liquid in the middle and only came with about half the sauce they needed.
Have never given such poor review before. But this Father's Day lunch was truly painful. Food was either raw or over cooked with Nashville chicken tasting like a burnt dry, tasteless item called food. The waitress couldn't be bothered at all with anything. It's a shame how standards have dropped and the customer is left to pay for an appalling experience and also tip for absolutely 'no' service. No wonder the table behind us walked away without much touching their food - but as long as bill was paid and tip was given!
