For got to give me the pain medicine for my cat, when I got home I received a call from a woman saying they for got to give me the pain medicine. I then had to go back the next day to pick it up. This was very upsetting for myself because I had to make two trips. I was suppose to be given enough pain medicine to give my cat for 3 days twice a day. I only had enough for 1 1/2 days. I found them to be prejudice against white males. Honestly was taken by surprise. The dark haired lady with glasses older was quite rude. Not sure if it is the residue after that last president causing it, or the recent shootings, taking out aggression on white people is not the answer.

Been trying to make an appointment for my pup's second dose of shots for the past 3 weeks which he is now past due for... left numerous voicemails throughout the 3 week frame but not a single call back. So we will be looking for another vet clinic.

I had an appointment at 3:30. they called me at 3:55. do u think if i showed up at 3:55 for a 3:30 appointment they would take me in? check in lady was frazzled & quite frankly I dont feel they were concerned about my pet having seizures. Bad business .
We took our pup in for a rabies vaccine. I called the office ahead of time and their voicemail message states that they hold their vaccine clinic on Tuesdays, first come first served. My husband showed up on a Tuesday morning and was told they don't do vaccine clinics anymore due to COVID. Very unfortunate that we had to waste our time because they've not updated their outgoing voicemail message.

I was so happy when I brought my dog here a few months ago. They were quick and efficient. Last week however was just ridiculous. I had a 4:30 appointment for my dogs check up. There was a crowd of people outside, no attendant at the check in kiosk. A client asked me if I had an appointment, I said yes. She then began explaining how she had a 3:30 appointment and her dog was barely taken back to be seen. It was about 4:40. Be very cautious coming to this clinic. Some of the workers actually tried to turn away a client because they refused to wear a mask. After the client requested a manager, the Manager for some reason helped the customer regardless of health safety protocol. Great workers, but management is not taking any health safety serious.

I went to this location for many years but they were not able to handle the Covid restrictions and still provide great customer service. Biggest issue is every time you call you get the answering service and call backs take up to 2 days. Not organized or overbooked, an appointment take long to be seen on scheduled time. Took my dog in for her shots and asked if they can please weigh her and when they brought her back to me the person said they were to busy to get her weighted.
