WORST Customer Service EVER!!!! Their front desk personnel (Ugly girl with all the pimples) don't respect a paying customer. My boyfriend and I went their yesterday to get shots for his dog. He went in and the front desk (Ugly girl with all the pimples) said "I'll be right with you", so he waited in line for his turn. Another customer entered and the front desk personnel ask to help them right away. So he interupted them and said that he was next in line. I hate leaving bad reviews for places, and I've been putting this off for a while, but after dealing with a GOOD veterinary office for the past few months, I decided to write this. I used TCAMC for YEARS. They were always great with my cat, who is a real lovebug who walks on a harness and steals hearts wherever he goes.....then I got a dog. My previous appointments at this vet clinic have been pleasant; however, that is no longer my opinion. The service... or lack of is less then professional. I had called since 730am, as stated the time they opened, another were no answers to my calls. When they finally did return my call, is was told my bill would double then expected, since my cat would need another check up itsbeen less then a year since my last visit. Why do I need another exam!? Because money grows on trees!? Thanks a lot TCAH!

I have been taking my dogs here for over 8 years now. The procedures have all been performed with excellence. The only thing I wish they would work on is the overall attitude of the office staff. Pet lovers are just that "pet lovers", we love, worry, obsess over our pets! The staff of a vet should know that and take the time to be sympathetic and courteous to pet owners using the office services. This morning I dropped off my dog for neuter and hernia repair. So I went to get my puppy its shot here because a friend of mine told me about it. I disliked this place sooooo much I could never ever go back! They are all about getting as many animals in and out just to make $$$ they dont care about make a relationship with the person & the animal. They also have very poor customer service.

Needed to get my little girl looked at for worms, at 12 years old no less, but I called and was told we could be seen at 11 am. Go in after fighting the always packed lot b/c of Cox cable's office next door.. I bring in all my history and the blond receptionist tells me she'll take that after I fill out her form. OK no problem, then she tells me what meds she is recommending ??What? your the vet? So anyway we wait and they come out and take her back in the back without me. I dont like that... I've had the WORST experience I have ever had a vet's office. When I started off my second puppies shots I went to their Saturday event when they have shots for $10. Well after signing in with one of the very rude receptionist Kellie and other girl ( whose name I did not get) as one of the first customers, I was still their 45 minutes later to find out they said they already called me. We normally don't come here but I needed to get some shots for my dog asap. The receptionist who initially told us to come in at 8am had a bit of an attitude and gave us the wrong time to come. The guy who opened the doors in the morning(owner I assume) was a jerk and grunted at us the shot clinic wasn't until 10am. This guy was the most unfriendly ass. I had called to ask for an estimated total for my dogs procedure and the guy who answered said to call back after 3pm because they hadn't filed paperwork yet. I explained that that was the time I was suppose to pick my dog up and I wanted to be prepared .....(thinking that maybe someone could quickly figure it out for me) and I still got the same answer "the paper work hasn't been filed yet" Thanks for NOTHING!
