I'm honestly so saddened by the experience I had coming here my dog would not stop throwing up and one of her eyes were really swollen and I went around 3:15 and they had already told me that they were not going to see her because they close at 4 not once did I see them asking the vet if they would be able to help us out or refer us somewhere else I thought since they work at a animal vet they love animals and try to help out but I guess not I work at a clinic and always make sure my patients are taken care of no matter if I... read more

To say this office has been a terrible experience would be an understatement. I brought my puppy Nala here for all of her shots. The very first time I brought her in, the front office staff was extremely rude. Like blatantly rude. They had no shame hiding their rudeness. Do NOT take your pet here! You truly get what you pay for. The staff all have bad attitudes. You can witness them bickering with one another like they're a disgruntled, dysfunctional family. It's completely unprofessional. As far as the care, I'm concerned. The estimate I got for a surgery on my dog was given with options for fluids and catheter, along with a few other things. Beware.....Poor service/ unorganized/ bad attitude going to Telegraph canyon Vet about 8 yrs ago. A friend referred me and at that time they exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with their service. Fast forward to about 3 yrs ago and I noticed that the staff just didn't give a shit anymore. I keep making excuses for them in my own mind in what had become a poorly run business.... My husband and I rescued a dog from a shelter and were told we could come here for a free exam, when I brought my dog in I was greeted by a nice woman at the front desk and another rude woman who proceeded to talk bad about our dog. Stated that he was brought in before, meaning he had been adopted before and she couldn't believe he had been adopted out again and blah blah blah. Inexpensive but terrible procedures! No appointments for immunizations, it is first come, first served. Session is supposed to be 10-11:30. I arrived at 10:15, was told it would be an hour or more. At 12:50- still waiting! Their excuse is they only have 2 technicians. But it was their decision how to staff their clinic, and I am sure they know it is always so busy, but this has been the worst ever!
I adopted a cat and was told by the shelter I could get a free exam within the first ten days from a list of vet offices. I chose to go to this one and it was a huge mistake. I called the day before and asked for an appointment. The lady on the phone was very kind and even complimented my cats name. This is probably the worst vet place ever. They are money hungry. I came In because I was worried mostly about some small vomiting and his nose was making noise and they had to do a bunch of testing and added nonsense to the bill to make it 500$. They told us they would give us a cup for a poop sample but when they took him in the back they ended up taking the sample from his asshole and I heard him crying. What is the point of making an appointment if you won't be seen til an hour later ? Made my appt for 11, showed up at 10:55 wasn't seen til 11:50, what the hell.. People have stuff to do during the day then sit in a extremely crowded room for an hour; ridiculous.
