Do not ever buy a car from this organization. From the point of sale to promises of repairs and a maintenance policy - everything was a lie . My daughter was looking for a bigger car to replace her Acura SUV. Unfortunately she was immediately interested in a used Ford Expedition. ZERO STARS! The last time I was there they did a 21 point inspection and they scratched up the hood of my car. Now this time they wanted to charge me over $2,100.00 to lift the manifold to fix 2 hoses and replace the gaskets etc.. and they charged me over $100 just to look at it. I said no thanks and went some where else and Well Well... icost only $500 - $800 to fix the problem near the water pump and did not have to raise the manifold after all to fix the problem. Shame on them!
I bought a "certified" 2015 Nissan Murano and after getting home realized the sd card was missing. because of this the navigation system doesn't work. my bluetooth won't save my phone, etc. I was told from my sales person someone else must have sold another Murano and took the sd card from mine out but once they had a Murano in the lot they would get the sd card from that car. it's been 2 weeks and after emails, calls and voicemails I still don't have an sd card. I came to get my tires rotated because I had very visible wear on the front tire treads. They checked my car and my alignment was off so I opted to get that fixed as well. Flash forward to the next day I look at my tires and realized they never rotated them, but I paid for that service. Both of my front tires still had the visible wear. Deceptive sales practices. I showed up on Saturday ready to buy a used Rogue they had advertised online, 4,500 miles, 2019, $18.5K. Thought it was a great deal, even showed up pre-approved. Once the sales person ran his numbers the car was over $24K!! The manager came out to me and explained all dealerships do it, they all advertise prices just to get the customer through the door. Needless to say I did not buy from them.
I do not recommend buying a Nissan! so much for a bumper to bumper warranty. I bought a 2018 Nissan Titan XD last year and pieces are breaking off, I feel if you a buy a $50,000 truck, these pieces should not be breaking off. The cap on the tail gate came off and would not go back on, there is a plastic piece that sticks out when the mirrors are folded in and come to find out that piece breaks off easily. Left the dealership with an oil change and multipoint inspection. They said they checked tire pressure but it doesn't seem like they did. Same tire pressure as before Had to get it somewhere else Just got the high repair estimate about things that are wrong with my car
Worst experience ever! I went to Texas Nissan on Saturday, August 3, 2019 to look at a car they had advertised online, hoping it would be a good commuter car for my teenage daughter. I emailed with Isaias Hernandez to set up a time to see the Ford Fiesta. I made the drive from Duncanville to Grapevine thinking this was going to be a good, easy experience.
