Milton, the sales representative, was fantastic. He listened to our needs and found a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. The F&I representative however came out and did not address my wife, the primary, first but came to me. This leaves the feel of misogyny and is unacceptable. Training and coaching would help. Several of the guest chairs in the waiting area are torn and mirrors in the restrooms are damaged. All in all the experience was positive but could be far better.
