Very very good service and good behavior
Everything was done in a timely manner and I was pleased. The service department is great. I days ago purchased another Toyota, a Rav 4 plug in hybrid, my 4th Toyota currently owned by me. I do however want the parts department to do a better job of putting together a part for another car, my Tacoma has a bed extender that needs to be put together as the first one was done, the second was in pieces
Alex is very professional and helpful in ordering service needed. I respect his judgement.
Alex was very through in keeping me updated and letting me know what was going on during my visit to rotate tires and oil change. Was there about 90 minutes, not bad...
It was a little pricey but that's to be expected at a dealership.
