It was fine. i do not appreciate them marketing all sorts of extra service that contradicts the owner's manual and presenting it in a way that seems critical/urgent.

I typically do my own services but several oil changes were included when I purchased my Tacoma. They always want to upsell the recommended services, most of which are not on the maintenance list provided by Toyota, so far it has been a bottle of injector cleaner poured into the tank, which I have declined. No issues with the services they have provided, but when I set an appointment for an oil change, I do not want to spend 3 hours of the day waiting on a 20-minute service.
