I had a strange noise from under the hood when I got my car home from service this time and took it backto the dealership. Sabrina Parks is my service manager and she immediately got it into the shop. It was a shield that was dragging and scraping the ground. It took an hour while I waited and was repaired at no charge to me. She is an outstanding employee, always fair, friendly and efficient. I will always be a customer of Texas Toyota of Grapevine due to the courtesy of employees like Sabrina.
