The reason I am giving my experience at Texas Toyota of Grapevine 5 stars is because of Service Manager Alex Chukwunyere. The price I was originally quoted for a repair went up $200.00 because of some items the maintenance technician added on after the initial quote. I complained and Alex not only made sure Toyota honored the original price, he was able to lower it below the original quote.
