The crews were kind and attentive but the total service hour was too long and no updates while I was waiting.
Waiting room was comfortable and had popcorn and beverages to snack on.

Texas Toyota overall was a great experience. Salespeople Big Will and Elijah were very helpful, attentive and Friendly. I flew into the Dallas airport and was picked up by Elijah which was so nice after flying for several hours and not knowing the area. Texas Toyota was conveniently close to the airport. Big Will and the finance officer made the purchase very smooth and quick. Big Will was also able to track down the second key fob and mail it to me in Florida. I would definitely consider Texas Toyota for another vehicle

Had to wait almost 5 hours for a routine service when i made to my appointment on time . my tires were not at the correct pressure after tire rotation was performed and immediately got tpms alerts as i drove off . Everything was off car did not feel as smooth as it typically does after an oil change . Which i do every 5k miles .
