Normally servicing my car takes about 2 hours. It took 2.5 hours before I received information on the recommended service. And it was delivered via email, not my service advisor speaking with me. Then another 2 hours and 20 minutes before my car was ready. Never did the service advisor come update me. She did not even respond to the text I sent requesting updates. I had to go find her. The work the service technician seems to be fine but I was not happy with the service advisor, Sabrina.
Everything was great ! Service didn't take long & I was always kept informed of everything.
Great! Very professional and efficient.
Brought my Tacoma in for a re-apply of the Zac Tech protective coating. They cleaned up my truck and and got it done in a couple of hours as I was waiting in the customer waiting area.
