The people were good at handling the car and everything. A bit hard when it comes to negotiations especially when it comes to pre-owned ones as they add up their own markup fees sometimes.
Like the convenience. Customer service agent went the extra mile and called to see if our extended warranty would pay for one of the repairs and it did.
