Bought my old Camry from them 10 years ago and had a good experience with both their sales and service departments for several years. Now service is crap - it took 3 trips to get my dash replaced under recall and the CD hasn't worked since. Went in a couple of weeks ago for info on the new Camry and experience was terrible. No sales brochure. High pressure to buy on the spot. In the end, I bought elsewhere and am happy I did.
These people are scammy, I felt as though I had to shower when I left. Went back after buying a car for service and noticed there were no cars in the service area...a bad sign like going to an empty restaurant. Pressure sales people. I have bought Toyota cars from several dealers since 1978 - these are the worst.
WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! Carlston, the Internet Director and myself were emailing about a car that I was told BY HIM AND HIS ASSOCIATES they had available for me to look at and they proceeded to schedule we for merely hrs later to come see it. COMPLETE SMOKESCREEN BY EVERYONE INVOLVED. Awful Recall service done and this dealer was the closest to my house. Just to get the appointment I had to wait on the phone over 25 minutes and was moved around to at least four different people. Actually, the first time I called, the attendant stated the recall system was down and to call another day. So, make that two calls and thirty minutes wait time. So far, zero stars. Pressured to do other repairs, Rude and ignored I went to them to have recalls fixed, cost to be zero dollars. The service person, Jason, tired right off to sell me other repairs to get money. I told him I just want the recalls done, don't do anything else. I was recently robbed and the last thing I wanted was being pushed to pay for things I don't need. Terrible service department. Waited 4 hours for an oil change with no update. Forgot my car and offered nothing but sorry this is just a random thing
No help with repeated recall notices from Toyota I took my 4-runner here in April of 2020 for recall work and also spent about $1300 in general maintenance/upkeep work they found I needed. Since I have been there I have received 3 additional Toyota factory recall notices for same recall I was told they have fixed. I called the main Toyota national # 3 times, in addition to calling the service department to see if there was a way to have the system stop sending me recall notices. Purchased a 2009 Chev Traverse in 2017. The absolute worst!! The transmission is going out and the shocks were bad from day one. Said they would fix the problem but instead handed me a bill for $1500 after i bought the car for $8500. Very dishonest dealership. If you are thinking about buying a pre owned from this dealership take it to a mechanic first.
