Its very busy and the waiting room very full. Staff are pretty good although they always want to sell you something extra, especially if you are buying or leasing a car. There are much worse places to wait for your car to be serviced so in general we have found this one pretty good.

Just went to look at the car, and ended up buying it. Ehab is very accommodating, with a great attitude and professionalism, worth a drive for me and my family to visit Toyota Grapevine. Highly recommended.
