Scott Lowe only responded when he was trying to win my business, once we committed, he would not answer or return any phone calls/emails/text. Would not recommend working with them.
Not too happy so far. Loan officer stated that because I was with CUTX, the fees would be less. When I asked him to specify the savings all he said was I would get the appraisal fee back and the survey fee since I had a survey already. That isn't any special reduction of fees. He also said no military discount and marked our application of no military experience which is wrong. My husband is a veteran. He also said that we could not get cash back on a VA refi. Update your automatic responses from wrong to correct
Started out with one loan officer. They have a "Maxwell" to download paperwork that doesn't seem to work for everyone therefore you send & resend your information to several people because they send you to another company. Then they don't get all the paperwork needed for the underwriters so you send more paperwork. They continue to tell you, you are conditionally approved but you don't really know for weeks. By not doing this to another paying customer...Worst experience ever!! 77DAYS TO CLOSE.NO communication. Did the refinance to aquire another property which l lost as it took too long..3 more monthly bills that l thought would be paid off by closing...lost my home owners insurance for days as they assured me all is ok. Slow and the slowness costs the customer money in rate and points. Either the loan officer has too many loans or was not great at getting things in on time.

The option of having paper trail took a bit longer. At closing July 30th there was NO representative to answer questions. Only a notary how should not be answering questions. However I did ask the notary to call someone which no one called back.
