The work was started on Thursday Sep 4th. Worker was supposed to come back the next day but didn’t return or bother to call until Tuesday Sept 9th.The job did not get finished that day, either. A new vanity had to be ordered, also shelves for the shower. I was told I would get a call when said shelves and vanity came in. I called several times in October and finally towards the end of October I was told parts were in and that someone would come to install them on November 4th. This whole business is just a sham. They promise you a Picasso and give you a paint-by-numbers replica. I had to call the office center multiple times because we were told it would only be about 8-10 weeks until installation. 5 months later and we're still trying to get this thing finished. The installation crew had to come back multiple times to finish different parts of the project, then forgot to install the toe kick on our vanity and never returned to install it as promised. Well, I never got my vanity because it was something was wrong with it during the shipping so when they came, they just in my bathroom on my floor and I left a few messages about my vanity because it’s been a couple of weeks now and no one calls me back and I still don’t got my god**** vanity

Extremely expensive. Very pushy to decide that very day instead of getting additional bids. Job is still not finished, and some areas mildly damaged that we had to fix ourself. No return phone call yet from salesperson about these complaints.
