I HATE MY SHOWER because I was expecting a flat base, like every shower I have been in. I paid 9,000 for a base shaped like a funnel that slants downward with 1” strips that are recessed, so it’s unsafe and uncomfortable!! It also drains into a recessed rim around the drain that holds water unless you dry it after every shower!! Instead of handles on the shower door it has holes to stick your finger in to open & close it. You are not told or shown this during the sale! None of this is shown on the website either!! I was disappointed with my bathroom layout preformed by Jenny all measurements were wrong we had kelvin my plumber and carpenter on site to go over the layout and when the bathroom installer came to do the job said that the entire layout was wrong so they changed me a extra thousand dollars for there mistake I never recommend bath authority to no one

After spending 10 thousand, they nickel dime you trying for another $360. All for having to move a 2 inch vent pipe a few inches. After threatening to stop the work, the OWNER agreed to $175 more payment from us. NOT a company I would ever recommend. The sun contractor was EXCELLENT

For the amount of money I spent I expected more like The fake tile matching up so it looks like a straight line of brick instead of off - the window just doesn’t seem right even the drain isn’t centered and the fixture leaks and I have to fix that as well
