They didn't keep in touch with me like they promised.
Missing hardware for vanity and medicine cabinets. Missing trim to complete shower. Both medicine cabinets came in damaged. One of faucets was not what I ordered.Installers were very unprofessional. Flooded basement twice. Damaged bathroom ceiling. Was here 3 full days and nothing is complete. 2nd bathroom not even started. Noticed on Sunday my hot water line is leaking.
Was told it would be a 1 day install. Still wasn’t finished the second day and was told that someone would be back the next day to finish. No one called or showed up or called on the third day so I called and complained. Said that they would call back but never did. It’s been 5 days since this was started. Don’t know what will happen tomorrow. Have to wait and see. Very unhappy costumer!!!!!!!!!!!
I have already shown my two neighbors our shower and they loved and passed on your contact information, one I actually referred on your app.
They brought the incorrect doors and there are delays in getting it corrected. My installation was on December 13th and they didn't order the doors until 5 days later. They said they would order them that day. I am not too happy.
Very satisfied and thankful for everything.
This was an awful experience. The company knows we are unhappy and hasn't even reached out. We have sent emails. We have called. Nothing.
