The guys that came out were very kind, courteous, respectful of my home. They also were very neat and clean.
On 09/12/25 it will be 2 weeks and it is still not finished! At time of installation the 4 shelves and seat was not there to install. This is an incomplete job and asking me to rate it while it isn’t resolved is ridiculous
There were issues with the installation and the product that were not resolved despite my continued attempts.
Timeframe that was told to us was way off and the installation is not acceptable. When the workers arrived they did not have the materials needed and had to run around to find them. We were told 5 weeks for the materials to come in and it was 11 weeks and even then the installer didn't have everything. Was suppose to be a 1 day maybe 2 day job and it ended up to be 3 days
