Communication is terrible and I have to be the one to reach out everytime to get an update on the part for my shower

It took an unusually long time to get the install started despite a promise of a quick install. The cost was double the price of a bathroom of it’s size, the supplies took an unusually long time, they did not install the tiles that were promised me and I had to make two changes in order to get the project started and the office was not prompt in returning calls.

The workers did there job and were neat and thoughtful Unfortunately they did not get something they needed at a favorable time to complete the job within 4 days I had allowed for the job. I am still waiting for my shelves and grab bar to be in stalled

My 2 day shower replacement is now going on 2 weeks! The installer installed my doors wrong and flooded my bathroom causing it to leak through the floor and into my finished basement the first time I took a shower. When I called to complain, the manager said he’d have the installer out to fix it last Friday. The installer never came out, and when I texted him he said it would be another week before he could get out there. Horrible experience and service. Especially since I’ve already paid.
