this was the worst bait and switch ever.
I had a defective shower niche installed, reported it right after installation, sent pictures to their support team but never received a call back. Seems customer support Anna quality are not important.

Ordered the wrong door. Shower unusable for a month. Horrible customer service

It’s looks good except one door is cracked which they said it would be replaced ! But when we used the shower the next day after install no hot water!! I called and they are sending someone in 3 weeks !!!! Really ? Check out everything before they leave !!!
Bath was toʻ be complete in 12 weeks or less, took almost 24 weeks, during which time I could not get an answers, if I actually got to talk to someone.

Slow to respond. The project took much longer than contract stated. Once the main shower was installed we waited over 90 days for the glass enclosure and shower door to be delivered and put in. Called weekly after 2 months and was never given an eta. Finally contacted the glass door company direct to get an update and install date. Very disappointed with this company and how they dropped the ball on our project.

The work was started on Thursday Sep 4th. Worker was supposed to come back the next day but didn’t return or bother to call until Tuesday Sept 9th.The job did not get finished that day, either. A new vanity had to be ordered, also shelves for the shower. I was told I would get a call when said shelves and vanity came in. I called several times in October and finally towards the end of October I was told parts were in and that someone would come to install them on November 4th.
