RecommendedHave absolutely loved my experience here! As long as you read your contract thoroughly, you are never in for any surprises or charges. The management here has been extraordinary, I’m always able to find a parking spot, there are constant events and activities happening, the clubhouse is superb, and finally the maintenance is by far the best I’ve ever seen at student housing. Would highly recommend moving here if you’re considering it

RecommendedDefinitely one of the coolest places ever. The staff is super helpful and kind. The game room and piano room are very convenient when my friends cant hangout... so always. But nonetheless this place has a great location for school and shopping.
I definitely had some crazy roommates, as well as an occasional upset with the way things are done, but for the most part i loved it here! I lived here for 3 years and never really thought of moving until I got married. I definitely think it deserves better a better reputation and ratings than it has. It's a good place. :)
The Branbury is a great place to live! You'll definitely get out of it what you put into it, so come in with a willingness to meet new people and attend the parties and activities here. The amenities are great. 24 hour gym is helpful when you have a wild schedule. The apartments are nice for the price, and I have had some incredible roommates that I've become really good friends with. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are always so helpful and quick to respond. I love it here!
I love private room and great ward and some friends.
