Recepcionastias enojadas. La señoritas de recepción estaban molestas, enojadas trabajando, muy serias, poco empíricas, tuve un problema y no me dio respuesta ni menos solución. Ubicación, acceso, pasillos hall.

Very bad. The bedroom and the bathroom were dirty. Hair in the bed, the bathroom and on the towels. I had to ask that a housekeeper does the household. There was a water leak in the bathroom. Air conditioning is too noisy to sleep.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BOOKING THIS HOTEL They held my card at the restaurant charged my card and I paid cash didnt release my money until 3 days later they don’t have any workers that speak English the were very rude Nothing they were very racist they treated the white guest like royalty while me being a black woman I had to beg for the same service

Awaiting refund Hotel was not clean. Served water out of jugs travelers complained of bugs and no air in the facility. We had to find another hotel last minute and of course have to wait 7-10 days for refund. Terrible experience to travel as far as we did Nothing
My stay there was not horrible, but it needs updated for what they charge you to stay there. The cleanliness is not the greatest. It has an odor to it that smells old. It needs to be updated. My first night there the thermostat was 755 and it was 79° in the room all night. and for what they charge you thought you could’ve put a backing on the remote so duct taping it together and then the remote don’t work my second night there I couldn’t even watch TV because the remote didn’t work What I did like is that it’s convenient to... read more
