The Colonnade is the best place I found in the area. It's in a beautiful location on a lake and has nice outdoor areas. The dining room is right off the kitchen, so the food gets served hot. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. Just like every place else, they're suffering with employment issues at this time in the current environment, which has presented some challenges with the care. But the good thing is they're making every effort to fix whatever they can fix.

Everybody asked about how I was and the residents were very friendly every time I visited. The receptionist was fantastic and on the ball every single time. There was always someone around that I could ask for help. The private dining room was wonderful. The memory care was great for what we needed it for.
I am a resident ambassador and I have lived here for 7 years. I am very pleased with the care provided to me. I love the monthly family nights, playing domino's, and word trivia with my friends. Look forward to our daily exercise program. We all love our Friday happy hour with live entertainment.
I have lived here for 4 years. I love the socialization, I have lots of friends. I enjoy playing the grand piano everyday in the dining room. I wake up each morning to a beautiful lake and garden view off of my balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have been here for 12 years. They take great care of me. I never have any problem, if something is wrong I normally call the front desk to get anything straightened out.

Our family first had a virtual tour and then we were able to physically tour the community. We really liked this community it was actually going to be our second choice if our first choice did not have a room available.
The care was absolutely horrible. I live in a different state than my loved one. My loved one was supposed to be getting physical therapy, and wasn't getting the therapy they needed. In addition they lost lots of weight and this wasn't planned. The community let me know that my loved one was ready to go home. I received a phone call and had to fly down to get them out of the community The Colonnade was horrible and they fought me on getting money back to me since I was taking my loved out of the community. Too expensive for a private room. Very clean and opulent. But not homey. Transportation included.
