Ótima estadia. Apesar de ter um box de vidro temperado novo e aparentemente muito bem instalado no banheiro, após o banho vai água para fora. Não consegui identificar, mas deve ser coisa simples para arrumar. Fiquei no quarto 1204. Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente ao parque e próximo de muitas atrações. Ao lado do hotel tem uma cafeteria muito boa, além de fast foods por perto. Chuveiro com ducha maravilhosa.
Fair It was very cold in the room during my stay. The water was not hot enough. The bathtub part was very damaged (marks on the floor and railing). Pleasant staff and spacious room. I found it to be very well located opposite the park and lake. Near metro and train
Too old It’s too old. Room is updated but looks very cheap. There is no air conditioning control in the room. The restroom needs full renovation. It’s pricy for what you get, and the location was a little disappointing.
Buena atención pero instalaciones muy antiguas (armario estropeado, cama…). Se solicitó dos camas individuales y no aten Poco funcional e instalaciones obsoletas. La ubicación.

Poor The hotel was too old and felt like a maze. We got lost both entering and leaving. The room had a strong odor, and the toilet flush handle seemed stuck, so we had to take off the tank lid and manually lift the valve cover to flush. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived late at night, too exhausted to change hotels. The next day, it felt like we were escaping, and in the rush, we forgot to leave a tip. We feel very sorry for the housekeeper. Excellent location.
No hot water for a marathoner We didn’t have hot water for showers. Was ignored after 3 calls to front desk. Finally sent up engineer who said oh you to have run it for 40 minutes! My daughter ran the marathon she shouldn’t have to wait to take a shower! I asked to switch rooms for our second night and no one got back to us ever. Very disappointed Location and bar was nice
Do not stay there. It is a scam They put us in smoking room. We do not smoke. The room like a motel 6. Smells really bad. Nothing
