Very old hotel reminding of a museum.

Decepcionante, no volvería a hospedarme ahí Es un hotel con gran tradición sin embargo, dejan mucho que desear sus habitaciones. En la noche de ingreso cambiamos 3 veces de habitación, primero no funcionaba la linea telefónica, en otro cuarto no había agua corriente y en la última, el olor a cigarro era intenso. Una gran decepción

Fair The hotel is in a great location. Convenient to some major attractions. You can tell it’s old and starting to get run down. We had 2 rooms in a random hallway. They were a bit outdated, hard beds and heat that was hard to control. It was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep.
Staff couldn't be bothered to put a battery in the smoke detector in our room. "CHIRP!" No sleep. Unresponsive staff. Was told to complain to booking.com. Great location. Clean.
Reasonable price for a dilapidated antiquated hotel unable to compete with the surrounding hotels. Room was not ready on time. Our first room had a very strong odor of recent marijuana use and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. We switched rooms but had to go through a maze of doors to get there. Automatic doors weren't working to main front entrance. Steve, the doorman, was very knowlegeable and pleasant.
We knew when booking this hotel was going to be a bit rough around the edges, therefore can’t say I was extremely disapp The property needs an update. Hallway carpets on 12th floor were very dirty. Room temps were extremely hot when we came in, had to shut down heater and open windows. Sewer gas smell coming from plumbing in bathroom. The lobby was beautiful and updated, the staff was friendly throughout our stay, the location was good for our activities.
It was historic and grand. Air and heat. Was hard to regulate. Location is always great.
