Fair. Warm bed to sleep in for one night. No hot water for shower or shaving. Lukewarm. Building is in some state of disrepair. Paint was used to cover under a lot. Place was relatively clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Poor Room bathroom was dirty, Building smells bad, Staff are not friendly at all.they could upgrade things inside room like better TV's. The room is overprice for a 12" TV. Good location, good view.
Mid Very outdated property. Too expensive for what room you get. Place needs remodeled. Location. Very close to millennium park and really close to the center of the city.
The location served us very well. Walkable to art institute and Field museum. Parking nearby. Stayed 2days in room 1481. Hot Water pressure in shower low. Toilet tank would not refill unless we removed the lid and readjusted the stopping mechanism. Would have been nice to have had a lamp near the table. Location
Disappointing air conditioner is pretty noisy good location
not sleep Well, nice location though the air conditioner too much noise, hard to fall asleep
Fine location for my needs. Hotel was a bit run down. Service at breakfast was slow on some days due to being under-staffed I think. No temperature control on bedroom heating - it was full on or nothing. Some of the staff - particularly in the bar - were friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. View over Lake Michigan from 10th floor was awesome!
