Horrible Terrible hotel. Staff were very impolite and agressive. And they are keeping a deposit on my credit card 10 days after I checked out.
Etwas zu teuer für das alte Haus. Aber die Lage ist super. Blick in Lichtschacht, alles sehr alt und überstrichen, insgesamt ein sehr verbrauchtes Hotel. . Tolles Personal, gutes essen, großes Frühstücksbuffet. Lage absolut spitze.

Disappointing The hallways looked old and dirty, especially the carpet and wallpaper. In the room, door frame was cracked and falling apart in some areas. The furniture had a piece of cardboard underneath so it wouldn't wobble. The airconditioner also barely worked. Ubication
Stay here for the view but only w/a discounted rate because you’re treated like a discounted guest. Four front desk employees I encountered were not at all friendly/welcoming/helpful. I received no reciprocation of my greeting to her when I checked in. A second woman flatly told me to go to the gift shop when I asked if she could make change for a $5, and the man walked away from me when I said I was there to check out. Tthis was my third time staying, the other time was warm condition and the tempeture was fine. n/a No heat during cool nights
