Fair Rooms were tiny. The room is in need of a major renovation. The room had a smoke smell in it. Overall it wasn't great. The cafe was ok. Food wasn't enough to wow you.
Okay Checking delay bc no clean rooms. The room 2211 was in an section of the hotel that seemed unfinished with a banister that was broken and unsafe to use to walk up to the roo. Location
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft! Das Hotelzimmer war schrecklich. Klimaanlage war defekt und sehr laut. Im Zimmer war es unglaublich heiss und die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Der Wasserablauf in der Dusche ist viel zu klein, so klein das, dass Wasser nicht abfliesst. Am Schluss könnte man noch ein zusätzliches Bad nehmen. Zudem ist die Matratze sehr hart und unbequem. Die Lage war super. In der Nähe befinden sich die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Won't be coming back The front service was very rude. They acted like they did not want to check us in. I had to ask 3 different employees for the correct answer about upgrading our room before anyone was even able to assist me. I had a lake view room, and I could hear every noise from the street as if I was on the 1st floor even though I was on the 14th floor. The rooms definitely need an upgrade The view was awesome. First and last time in this hotel, with negative recommendations for others. I stayed for 5 days and the only time my room was partially cleaned was when I demanded it. The water in the showers hardly went through the system.
Disappointing The hotel was qualified as a hunted hotel. The staff could have been more friendly people. It is a hotel with history.
