the hotel did not respond to any of my emails. There were many problems with the facilities within the room. very expensive even though I was given a fire escape room convenient
Disappointing Everything No comforter I've never slept with such small and bumpy pillows Very outdated hotel, knowing it's on Michigan Avenue Carpet looks smelly
Glad we did not spend much time in our room. The air conditioner did not work. There were not enough towels even though we asked for extras. Also only one pillow per bed. There were three of us. Also one of the chairs in the room was not safe to sit on. Its location. It was close to the South Shore so we could walk. Also close to the Palmer House where the conference we were attending was being held. The bell hops were great for giving directions.
Disappointing
The staff was very nice, and I always willing to help. The facility was clean. The property was a little outdated The property was clean. The staff was polite.
Fair
If you're looking for razzle dazzle, this isn't the spot for you. It serves its purpose. We stayed in the north tower and it's a little creepy but it's better than the south tower. The beds are pretty firm and it could use an extra pillow but the showers are hot and it's not gross dirty. The price was good.
Zum Schlafen okay Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Überall blättert die Farbe und die Tapete. Heizung/Klimaanlage sind laut und führen ein Eigenleben mit einer starken Tendenz zu "viel zu kalt". Ds Personal ist freundlich, das Hotel doch recht sauber und die Matratze war wirklich gut. Das Hotel ist gut und zentral gelegen. Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant war auch gut.
