I ask for double rooms and only got one bathroom door didn’t locked sheets were not cleaned I would like some of my mone rooms was bad small location where it’s located

Fair Lot of noise coming from the other rooms and people coming and going who werent staying in the rooms late at night
I like Chicago but the hotel is not clean. Carpet is dirty. Bad smell along the lobby. Ice dispenser is not working. I like the old building. It has a character.
Poor Zimmer im Südturm war veraltet, die Klimaanlage antiquarisch, das Personal nicht interessiert am Gast. Das einzige positive für uns war die Lage.... Das Hotel hat so viel Potential.
