it was decent. definitely WON’T return The man in the gift shop is rude… the restaurant people are rude (expect the Hispanic lady at the non breakfast restaurant) Manager was decent. The beds are very comfy and whatever cleaning solution they use is AMAZING!! Smells so sooo good!

Not worth the price once when parking expenses are added. Failure to mention the hotel does not have its own parking available, nor valet. Parking was $54 daily, half as much as the room. Half the cable channels did not work. no ventilation whatsoever in the room. location, proximity to trains and buses
Disappointing
Poor I wouldn't mind that the room is not clean and that hotel needs some serious renovation if only the staff was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, they were not. The location of the hotel is amazing, very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing places.
